Ra88 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. ra88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should contact our customer support team immediately.
User responsibilities also include:
- Not sharing login credentials with any other party.
- Not using automated software, bots, or systems to access the platform.
- Not engaging in any form of fraud, bonus abuse, or system hacking.
- Complying with all applicable betting limits and promotional terms.
- Responding to identity verification requests made by ra88 within the specified timeframe.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ra88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and valid local bank debit cards. ra88 is not responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by the user's bank or a third-party payment provider.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the name on their ra88 account matches the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals. Name mismatches may result in processing delays or rejected transactions. Withdrawals are processed within the designated timeframe based on the chosen method and may vary depending on the user's VIP account tier.
Ra88 reserves the right to withhold payments for investigative purposes if there are signs of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. Any funds obtained in violation of these terms may be confiscated without prior notice. All wagering requirements associated with bonuses and promotions must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request can be processed.

- Found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration or platform use.
- Having more than one registered account.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to claim any disputed balance related to the activity that constituted the breach.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, ra88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This includes financial losses due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or service interruptions beyond ra88's control. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.

Intellectual Property
All content on the ra88 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, source code, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of ra88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
